The modular design and ease of forming makes the panels a universal material for noise reduction along intensely used roads. The sound panels, also known as sound insulation screens, are made of absorptive materials which pick up a part of the sound wave and prevent it from returning to the environment. The system of connecting individual panels ensures optimum tightness between the specific sound screen elements and guarantees high resistance to wind. The non-transparent sound screens erected in urban areas are usually made of the "green wall" type panels with mineral wool filling. Apart from excellent sound protection characteristics, the solution significantly improves the aesthetics of the surroundings, which is due to the special outer trellis adapted for the growth of climbers – this feature causes the "green wall" effect. Perfectly adapted to higher loads at a lightweight structure, the fabric enable even the most sophisticated shapes of advertising items.

Soft PVC boards

Strips and rolls of plasticized PVC are resistant to UV radiation. They are made in two types: regular and cooler, which enables their use in a full temperature range (-45°C/+60°C) e.g. in cold stores, warehouses, food processing plants, etc. The doors and gates mate of soft PVC strips are the most cost-effective solution for the protection of stored materials from variable environmental conditions (heat radiation, low temperatures, humidity) and from noise, dust, dirt, insects and draughts. Due to the perfect flexibility and mechanical strength of the strips, they can be used virtually anywhere.
Tuplex also offers a fitting system for flexible curtains made of soft PVC. The system is stainless steel.

HPL boards

HPL (High Pressure Laminates) is a hardening high pressure laminate according to EN 438, EDF type, manufactured in lamination presses at high pressure and temperature. The hardened PU-acrylate resins give a highly resistant surface on both sides, which protect against ambient conditions and enable using the boards as permanent fillings of balcony balustrades and façade facing or as the raw material for modern furniture. The multitude of board types and their special variants with aluminium layers in the core enable extremely diverse applications.

Capillary polypropylene is manufactured by extrusion. It is an advanced, lightweight, extremely flexible and odourless building material. Unlike cardboard, capillary polypropylene is moisture resistant, highly durable and has a high mechanical strength. Its colour pallet is rich and is excellent for series printing. It is used in industry, agriculture, forestry, design engineering, advertising and construction. It is particularly popular in the manufacture of reusable packaging and material protection systems.

Tent fabrics

TU-TENT is a high-quality PVC-coated polyester fabric used primarily for storage hall shells. The films protect against mechanical damage, moisture and dirt. They additionally give an appealing visual effect with the matt and satin finish. The films protect against mechanical damage, moisture and dirt. They also have great aesthetic value by intensifying the printed colours and giving the surface an exquisite finish. Depending on the surface of application, the films are designed for short-term, average and long-term outdoor use. The products blend perfectly with the self-adhesive films designed for solvent-based printing.

If laminates are used, please note that the laminate must have the same properties or better. It is not advisable to use high-performance films with laminates of poorer properties (i.e. polymer films with monomer laminates).

Serigraphic films

Our offer includes self-adhesive serigraphic films made of vinyl, polyester and aluminium, designed for short-term advertising campaigns.

LED highlights

The TU-LIGHT series modules are made of 5050 series LEDs embedded in hermetic silicone. The LEDs provide extremely high brightness, low power consumption and low heat emission. The TU-LIGHT modules in standard versions feature double-sided adhesive tape which allow easy application to surfaces without the use of any tools. The flexible wiring which connects the modules enable any configuration of the elements. The TU-LIGHT modules are offered in chains of 20 modules and any number of modules can be cut – also the chains can be connected in longer configurations.

The TU-LIGHT RAX flexible bands made of 5050 series LEDs on a silicone-coated tape. This ensures reliable operation of the bands outdoors and indoors at exposure to increased moisture and water (kitchen rooms, bathrooms). The band chains can be cut which helps to optimally design and install the lighting. Our offer of modules and bands is complemented by indoor and outdoor power supply units. When selecting the power supply unit, remember that the total power of modules must not exceed 80% or the power supply unit rated power.

LED displays

LED displays are panels used to create dynamic visual advertisements – they certainly complement the product range for the advertising industry.
